The IFM will shortly be requesting the CPD records of all Chartered Environmentalists.

Why?: Our chartership umbrella body, SocEnv, requires regular audits of the IFM’s CPD scheme in order to demonstrate that it is working effectively and that members are undertaking the CPD required of them to maintain their chartered status.

When?: Records must be submitted by the 31st January 2010 and need to cover the period from 1st January 2007 to 31st December 2009. 

How?: Forms are available to download here.  Many members commented on how long-winded the original form was so, in response to this, we have made a shorter Excel form available for you to use.  This can be completed and e-mailed to cpd@ifm.org.uk.  Further guidance on completing your CPD record is available on the CPD pages.

What do I need to do now?: Dig out those old diaries and start to get your records in order, ready to submit in January.
