IFM and Catch Fishery Survey

Following the formalisation of our partnership with Catch we have today launched the first join initiative with a survey of fisheries

The questions have been put together by the IFM Training Team and the online survey was built using the technical skills and systems of the Catch team
The answers to the survey will help us gather data on the current status of fisheries across the UK, and more importantly, the problems and issues they are currently managing as well as ones that may appear in the future. We will review the results and use the information gathered to produce new training materials, workshops and guidance for fisheries.

We also hope that the survey will allow fisheries to critically reflect on their current practices and future activities
