The Royal Armouries, Leeds at night
This year’s conference will be held in Leeds, in the fantastic Royal Armouries building. The theme of the conference is ‘Breaking down the Barriers’ and includes sessions on physical, chemical, and biological barriers, along with barriers to participation and co-operation.
Excursions on Wednesday include trout and coarse fishing trips, a visit to Fairburn Ings nature reserve, and a tour round various local fish passes,
The city of Leeds is easily accessible by road, rail and air, and there is much to see and do both within the city (including its vibrant night life) and in the surrounding countryside. The Yorkshire dales, Bronte Country, historic York, and many other popular attractions are less than an hour away.
Booking forms are included with the Summer (Edition 90) copy of fish, and an online booking facility is also available.
